Vellum; one gathering of 6 leaves, 167 x 112 mm (complete; not necessarily once part of a larger book). Illuminated initial and full-length border on fol. 1r. Nineteenth-century French red morocco gilt binding, a shield on each cover with the initials 'A.A' and three stars (signed Thompson)

Provenance: The church of St-Pierre in Rheims is mentioned in a note dated 1516, f. 6v; Adolphe Audenet, 1800-1872 (his initials on the binding); J.R. Ritman (bought in October 1991, from Rosenthal, cat.253, no.1)
